Branch Head
- Planning, developing and managing the team towards achieving sound profitable growth of the branch through the achievement of product-wise sales targets and delivery of quality service.
- Ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of customer delight.
- Achieving team’s monthly Revenue targets
- Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Conduct weekly team reviews and daily debriefing of sales manager
- Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
- To recruit, train & on board the sales executives / Relationship Manager and other branch staff
- To ensure all employees recruited are properly trained and on-boarded. Also ensure that employees are regularly attending training programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, sales processes and ensure minimal comments in audits and other inspections
- Ensure each Team Manager is productive in each month.
- To guide and train the team regularly.
- Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
- Will be responsible for managing the Team size of 2-3 TMs / BSMs along with 8-10 Relationship Managers.
