Public Relation experience in any vertical would do

Client Servicing and Retention:

- Championing improved service delivery for existing clients

- Key advisory contact for Relationship Management with CEO/MD at the client's end

- Advisory Lead on crisis

- Ensure client retention, renewals and timely collections

- Managing client goal sheet with the team heads

- Driving the client reviews with the teams on timely basis

- Evolving media efficiency quotient within the branch

- Productivity management of the teams

- Ensuring client satisfaction levels at minimum 4 on the scale of 1 to 5 (one being lowest and 5 highest)

Team Management :

- Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving productivity

- Reviewing team performance on client and conduct load assessment

- Ensuring timely reviews of performance on the KRAs with constructive feedback

- Team engagement and motivation

- Identifying training needs and intimating the training team for further action and plan

New Business Development :

- Driving revenue through NBD and VAS

- Increase branch clients in different sectors and verticals

- NBD presentation and ideation
