Branch Credit Manager - Mortgage LAP

- Full time Graduation and MBA-Finance is mandatory

- Mandatory Experience:Candidates having experience in underwriting and disbursement of mortgage loans are required. Only male candidates can apply.

- Handling mortgage underwriting.

- Handling mortgage portfolio such as direct builder purchase, resale property, self construction, commercial property, and Balance transfer- Top-up of existing loan. Clientele includes salaried class, self employed professionals and business class.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Underwriting of mortgage portfolio through systematic approach, which includes:

- Financial analysis of client (Source of income, Knowing the repayment track record capability through banking analysis and CIBIL report, source of self fund and financial back-up of the client).

- Verification of client through personal meeting and by third party. Authentication of documents.

- Presenting the proposal of client with proper deviations and mitigants.

- Approval of the proposal, and sanctioning the case.

- Technical and legal clearance of property.

- Initiation of disbursement process, and send the disburse case to operation department.
