Branch Credit Manager

The role holder is responsible for the credit appraisal of all LAP applications at the branch location. The role holder is also responsible for managing activities till disbursement and escalating proposals that fall above his empowerment level.

Skill Sets :

1. Underwrite and facilitate proposals till disbursement

2. Maintain a high quality portfolio at the branch level

3. Manage the team of Credit Processing Associates

4. Manage post disbursement activities

5. Escalate proposals beyond empowered limit for review of Area/Regional Credit Manager, as appropriate

6. Manage Audit compliance for the branch and support in other operational activities
