- Collection & Banking, Credit Limit Reviews, Securitization etc

2. Inventory & Supply Chain

- Monitoring & review of inventory

- Regular CFA Audit

3. Sales Support & Business partnering

- Reviewing & controlling branch SG&A

- D&A effectiveness & identifying cause of change

4. Controls

- Periodic sign-offs and balance confirmations

- Branch audit coordination and support

- SOX adherence

5. Service Coordination

- D&A Deployment and communication

- Analytical Insight for effective rollout of schemes

6. Statutory Compliances

- Resolution of GST reconciliation issues.

- Indirect tax laws.. Local contact

- Labor & Industrial laws- Local contact

- Miscellaneous

- Custodian of branch assets

- Branch admin support, housekeeping
