Branch Accountant - Manufacturing

Educational Background: CA / ICWA/M.com

Experience: 2 to 6 years in AR and knowledge of GST

Location: Mumbai

Ctc offered: 10-12 LPA

Branch Accounting:

- Payment receipt entry in SAP system.

- Ensuring material receipt entry in system.

- Ensuring invoicing as per GST Rules.

 Monthly Closing: 

- Product wise, plant wise stock reconciliation, sending outstanding liability to Plants.

- Sending monthly MIS to HO / Plants.

- Highlighting of stock age in case of old stock.

- Analysis of actual stock received against plant invoice & reporting the variance.

Taxation :

- Coordination with sales tax dept., Advocate & HO for sales tax, excise & GST matters.

- Timely deposit of GST Liability. Timely filing of monthly, quarterly & annual return GST Returns.

- Getting sales tax assessment in time.

- Reconciliation & Credit notes

- Monthly customer account reconciliation for regular customer of branch as well as auction customers.
