Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver projects in the areas of Business process re-engineering, Operational strategy and target operating model design, Outsourcing and shared services design, and Enterprise cost reduction

- Develop target operating model for business support functions

- Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost levers for enterprise-wide cost reduction

- Critically examine and analyze business processes across sourcing and procurement, supply chain, finance and business operations to recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and controls

- Define service level agreements and performance metrics across business processes

- Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solution, diagnostics etc.)

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier-1 Business School (IIMs / ISB / XLRI etc.)

- Commerce / Science / Engineering background from a premier institute

Relevant Experience:

- Minimum 5 years experience in operations strategy, operating model design, business process re-engineering, enterprise cost reduction, shared services and/or outsourcing

- Experience in delivering complex operations projects and driving change initiatives across organizations

- Ability to interact with senior personnel at client organizations - understand and empathize with their needs and collaboratively conceptualize and develop solutions

Personal Characteristics:

- Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player.

- Strong operations consulting skills

- Ability to empathize with clients and to work to demanding timeframes/deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills
