Looking for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Analyst for a leading multi-speciality hospital chain in Hyderabad.
Our client is one of the top five multi speciality hospital chains in India. The Hospital chain is now considering expanding into new cities, upgrading existing facilities and growing other specializations Advent International (“Advent”) – global private equity firm with investment worth of $50 Billion in various sectors has invested in the hospital chain.
Job title: - BPR Analyst Lead – Process excellence
Department/Division: - Hospital Administration
Job content: The Business Process Analyst assists the Company in the execution of business process management and improvement. Supplementary to this role are the tasks of auditing and analyzing processes for continuous improvement.
Duties:
- Identify & define the organizational business eg. Core Customer related, support, allied processes to suggest structured process approach of methodology to build effective & efficient process outcome.
- Implement & Monitor the defined structured processes till imbibed by the key business department, under guidance of respective manager.
- Study & analyze all procedures, processes & team oriented task to reduce redundancy and increase productivity in staff.
- Simulate and test process improvements where appropriate, by ensuring with the process drivers and cross functional teams need.
- Train respective staff about the change for effective business impact on the developed processes.
- Revisit and brainstorm with management for the further refinement and elimination of efficiencies in team’s procedures.
- Conduct audits for all processes and procedures and appropriately document it.
- Train peers and respective cross functional team about concepts of reengineering tools and handhold in implementation
Any other responsibilities entrusted by Corporate:-
Required knowledge: - Working business and/or operational knowledge of hospital & business processes. Working knowledge of tools of Lean process reengineering. On hand experience of measuring & tracking process level indicators.
Required skills: - Strategic innovativeness; excellent communication & active listening and interpersonal skills, adaptive , receptive, team player, ability to work in unstructured and evolving work culture
Education, experience and formal training: M.B.A (HCM), MBA (Operations); B.E ; MBBS; PGD (Quality Assurance)
Role complexity: - Resistance to change; non compliance & communication gaps.
Supervisory skills: Limited; requires monitoring on implementation with least deviations in action plans.
Independent judgment: - Within the framework and guidelines.
Reporting: - Directly reports to CHA/GM (Operations)
Reports/ records: - Some of the records need to be maintained are mentioned as –
Process maps.
Process level data indicators & associated reports.
