This opportunity is with one of our clients in the who is present int he areas of the IT Development & Support, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Implementations, Business Analytics & Research and Support functions.
Role: Leader Operations
Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for partner management, people management and delivery manageemnt functions
Partner Management:
- Stronger partner engagement in handling communication, alignment, reporting and escalations.
- Partner closely with global managers to establish consistency and best practices
- Align the function to maximize impact and effectiveness while meeting operational targets. People Management:
- Demonstrate effective leadership in managing diverse teams
- Proactively lead the people agenda including resource planning, talent management etc.
Delivery Management:
- Ensure that the SLAs (both internal and partner/client) of all the services are met or exceeded.
- Executive reporting, delivery status reporting
- Act as primary touch point for key internal relationships
- Risk Plan to identify portfolio level risks and dependencies and develop and execute mitigation strategies
- Ensure seamless transitions of new processes/additional volumes
- Promote an environment of innovation and ideas for process improvements/Lean/Six sigma
Desired Candidature:
The person should have experience in handling the below mentioned pointers.
- Trade Processing & Settlements in US and Global markets
- Corporate Actions and their tax implications
- Foreign Exchange procedures and compliances across global markets
- Reconciliations across Custodian Banks and familiarity on technology platforms
- Cash Management & Operations
- Fund Accounting & Pricing
- Fund Administration
- Advanced knowledge of financial instruments (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives etc)
