Programme Lead -

Exp - 8-12 yrs

Should be from banking consulting domain (not IT consultant)

- Should have excellent knowledge of banking domain

- Candidate should able to interact with CXO

- Open to travel onsite/ offsite for short or long term duration

Job Description:

- Responsible for managing multiple projects which has common objective to meet

- Demonstrate strong understanding of program life cycle and ability to manage multiple teams

- Understand re-engineering or transformation project life cycle

- Should be able to manage team comprising of Process modelers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, BPM & Domain Consultants

- Should be able to help and guide team in quantification of re-engineering benefits, calculating ROI for identified recommendations

- Prepare and own project plan

- Track the project progress as per the timeliness defined

- Should be able to support and create program level proposals and contracts

- Work with different stake holders and groups at different levels for optimal utilization of resources and smooth execution of project

Timely internal and external escalation

- Communicate project impact or project risks to clients

- Provide project status updates to Client Manager as per agreed frequency

- Domain knowledge management

Project Compliance and Tracking

- Obtain Client approval for project & audit related documents

- Manage day to day Key indicators and other hygiene metrics

- Assign, plan, delegate work and track project status

- Manage Program level P&L responsibility

Account Mining

- Should be able to identify new BPM opportunities in existing client relationship

- Should be able to support Unit head and Sales team in converting opportunities into executable programs

Knowledge / Experience:

- Should have experience in handling BPM, Reengineering or IT projects

- PMP or Prince2 Certified

- Should have handled at least 2-4 End-2- End BPM of different size and complexity

- Experience in handling projects/program in BFSI domain

- Basics understanding of BPM tools, Six Sigma and Lean concepts

Competencies/Skills:

- Excellent communication & co-ordination skills required -

Plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment.

- Ability to take ownership and work under pressure.

- Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment

- An eye for detailing and be proactive in identifying issues.

- Should have at least 8-10 years experience

Qualifications: BE or MBA with experience in handling Re-engineering/ IT projects

Essential: Project Management life cycle experience

Desirable: Six Sigma and Lean certification
