KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- P&L Management: Be the CEO of the city with complete accountability of the P&L and entire sales and marketing functions for the city

- Team management: Lead & motivate a team of 200+ individuals across different levels to achieve the business goals and establish a consumer centric culture

- Consumer delight: Contribute towards operational excellence and continuous process improvement to ensure consumer delight

- Band promotion & marketing: Be responsible for demand generation through BTL marketing activities & various partner alliances

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong problem solving with a right balance of creativity and analytics

- Hunger to learn & willingness to pursue dreams beyond rational

- Strong people management skills (need to be a manager of managers!!)

- Data driven & detail oriented

- A self-starter: capability of taking initiatives and working with minimal direction under remote leadership

- Ability to get things done through perseverance in ambiguous & constrained environment
