BOX8 is looking for bright and young champions to lead our Food Efforts- designing our menu, developing new products with our chefs and creating training modules and monitoring them for the chefs/kitchen staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Product Innovation: Work towards new product introductions through market research, understanding customer preferences and closely working with ourchefs & product development team

- New Product Launch: Work in close coordination with the product &operations team to ensure successful launch of new products

- Product Management:Process finalization, taste standardization, production across cities, product centric marketing campaigns and customer feedback

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the taste & quality levels of our products are maintained across all our operating stores &cities

- Technology: Implement technology driven processes amongst overall team through training, hand-holding and monitoring to main quality & consistency

- Research & Automation: Research on new equipment& machines to automate mechanical tasks or to improve food quality

- Team Management: Lead & motivate a team of 200+ individuals across different levels to achieve the business goals and establish a product centric culture

- Consumer Delight: Contribute towards operational excellence and continuous process improvement to ensure consumer delight

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- A big FOODIE, with a passion for cooking!

- Strong problem solving with a right balance of creativity and analytics

- Hunger to learn & willingness to pursue dreams beyond rationale

- Data driven & detail oriented

- A self-starter: Capability of taking initiatives and working with minimal direction under remote leadership

- Operations background would be preferred
