As Head HR, you will be responsible for managing all HR related functions and activities for the current employee strength of 650.   - You will be in charge and responsible for compliance, engagement, recruitment, appraisals and all the day to day management of HR functions that need to be in place in any professionally managed organisation.   - You will be responsible for looking for senior level hiring right from head hunting to closure.  - As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will at all times ensure that the HR function is closely aligned with the overall corporate vision and strategy.  Desired Profile:  - You are a B.Tech in any discipline with a post graduate qualification such as an MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Management.   - You worked in the HR function and have now accumulated a minimum experience of 4 years.   - You have worked in the Food/Manufacturing/FMCG/Start up industry and are well versed with the HR based management of both Technical and Non-Technical Employees.   - You have complete knowledge of the entire cycle and scope of HR functions and have exposure to best practices and systems as followed by the top end companies in India and abroad.   - You have strong hold on statuary compliance's and labor laws.  About the company:  We- re BOX8, India's fastest growing on-demand food delivery company.
