Boutique Director - Sales - Luxury Business

We are looking out to hire a boutique director for a high end ultra luxury brand.

- Managing store targets and category sales targets

- Drive the business results by maximizing weekly/ monthly sales plans - constant monitoring, review and course correction

- Create processes & lead the team to achieve high customer loyalty for the store

- Enabling team to perform through continuous coaching

- Delivering a "WOW" experience to the Client each time

- Maintain a visually impressive boutique, continuously working on the Visual Merchandising to augment it further.

- Act as a liaison between boutique team, the Global Retail Director, Human Resources and Operations

- Developing and maintaining deep customer relationships

- Managing operational responsibilities including inventory, cash management, billing and collections
