Bounce - Program Manager - City Launch - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- Identifying new marketing opportunities by analysing data on location demographics, preferences and needs, business potential and competitor's strengths and weaknesses

- Lead the planning and implementation of a project to ensure results are delivered

- Come up with launch plan and onboard right internal and/or external teams for fastest time to market

- Advice on the new business Models, Build marketing strategies, customer Analytics

- Troubleshoot the business issues.

- Data Interpretation and analytics

- Ready to travel across the locations

Requirements :

- A go getter, hustler and problem solver ; Attention to detail and can work on strict timelines;

- Can juggle between tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items

- Green or Brown Field Start up experience a plus (must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in an fast-paced ever changing environment

- BS /BE/B-Tech degree
