Boult Audio - Specialist - Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities :

- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, then develop strategies to address these gaps.

- Training Program Design: Develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Content Development: Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and other training resources.

- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for employees, ensuring that the content is delivered effectively and engagingly.

- Onboarding: Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

- Performance Support: Provide ongoing support and resources to employees, helping them apply newly acquired skills on the job.

- Evaluation and Assessment: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of training programs. Use feedback and data to make continuous improvements.

- Learning Technology: Stay updated on the latest e-learning and learning management systems (LMS) to recommend and implement technology solutions that enhance the learning experience.

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external training vendors and monitor the quality and effectiveness of their services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

- 2+ Years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and modern training methodologies.

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
