Job Description:

BOULT Audio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. As the Senior Manager/Manager - Finance, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization. This role demands a candidate who is not only well-versed in finance and accounting but also has a strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

- Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

3. Cost Management:

- Monitor and control expenses to optimize cost efficiency.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

4. Cash Flow Management:

- Manage cash flow and working capital to meet operational needs.

- Implement strategies to maximize cash resources and minimize financial risks.

5. Financial Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and other financial legal requirements.

- Work with auditors during financial audits and maintain records for compliance.

6. Strategic Financial Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company's growth and long-term goals.

7. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-12 years of finance and accounting experience.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in the consumer electronics industry is a strong advantage.

- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.

- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
