Job Description :

We are looking for someone who can provide work planning and implementation of the warehouse layout facility, material receipt, discrepancy/damage material routing, inventory of stored materials, shipment preparation for Boult Audio.

Brief synopsis of your role and responsibility :

- Handle International Import Shipment.

- Handle International documentation for Import.

- Handle entire Import documentation and logistics independently.

- Manage the logistics containers planned per month as of today and plan for expansion.

- Preparation of Pre shipment & Post shipment documents of Import Consignment.

- Freight negotiation /Rail/Road/Ocean/Air Custom clearance arrangements of Import shipment.

- Preparation of Certificate of origin, GSP form A, Insurance, ECGC Banking documentation Shipment

- Intimation to Buyer and Buying House Drawback record maintain and follow up.

- Maintain Vendor Ledgers and coordinate for Vendor Payments.

- Work with vendors to identify and eliminate logistics obstacles to ensure safe and timely shipping of products.

- Develop standard operating procedures and scheduling/shipping practices for efficiently carrying out logistics activities.

- Negotiate sea and air freight quotes with carriers.

- Inform cost changes, shipment issues, supply concerns to respective personnel and team in timely manner.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, material flow improvement, and business development.

- Review customer orders to determine items to be stocked and shipped.

- Create and maintain detailed financial reporting on all import activities including order management, logistics and shipping

Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should be from premium institute

- Must be a team player and possess the ability to work proactively and in deadline-driven environment.

Location : Gurgaon

Work Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Logistics and International Customs
