Job Title: E-Commerce Senior Manager

Department: E commerce

Location: Boult, Ground Floor, DLF Plaza Tower, DLF Phase 1, Sector 26A, Gurugram, Haryana 122002

Reports To: Ecommerce Head

Type of Position: Full-time

Job Summary: Shadow to the head of e-commerce to help with bau, assist in reconciliation, execute business projects

Responsibilities:

- Strategic planning: Works closely with the Head of E-Com or other executives to develop, implement and communicate the organization's strategic plan.

- E-Commerce Management: Oversee the teams operations, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Coordinate cross-team activities and control deadlines, budgets and activities.

- Communication: Act as a liaison between the Head of E-Com or other executives and the rest of the organization, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that everyone is working towards the same goals

- Performance Management: Monitor the team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to drive better outcomes.

- Sustainability & Expandability: Create structures, processes, SOPs and build teams for new ventures and vertical

- New Product Identification: Look at market trends for existing categories, identify what new to bring to the market, what price point to launch and launch and scale up strategy along with the Head of E-Com and CEO

- New Category Expansion: Keep up to date with all new categories in the electronics industry, identify white pockets and entry strategies which could benefit the company growth. Work with the marketing and product team internally to execute the same

- Identify new revenue streams for existing categories: Identify new business avenues like quick commerce, new platforms for growth, close margins negotiations and contracting for the same. Work with D2C and Offline teams to help them improve their sales strategies

- Financial Planning and Reconciliation: Plan financial payments along with the CEO and reconcile with all platforms for payments, Credit and Debit Notes, and assist finance with ledger closure at the end of every quarter

- CRM, ORM and Product improvement: Work with the teams to ensure customer feedback is being managed well, transfer learning from e-commerce (being the biggest sales channel) to product team for product improvement, CRM team to help manage their call volumes and efficiency and ORM team to define their target

Qualifications:

Required: Undergraduate Degree with relevant business experience / Post Graduation (MBA / equivalent degree in business)

Experience: -4 years total experience, with a minimum of 1 year worth of relevant business experience. Brand E-commerce Team and E-Commerce Platform Managers are prefered.
