Sales Management and Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.

- Continually monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to optimize profitability.

- Architect robust sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand offline revenue streams.

Distribution and Channel Management:

- Oversee and manage distribution channels, ensuring extensive market penetration and brand presence.

- Identify and exploit opportunities for channel and retail expansion to enhance market reach.

- Manage and improve relationships with distributors, Large Format Retailers (LFR), and other partners.

Team and Relationship Management:

- Lead sales teams with a focus on performance management, objective setting, and feedback.

- Invest in team development, offering training and opportunities to improve skills and drive performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.

Operational Efficiency and Claim Management:

- Spearhead initiatives for process improvement to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage the end-to-end process of claim management, working closely with internal teams and partners for resolution.

- Ensure adherence to internal processes and policies, maintaining high operational standards.

Analytical and Reporting Skills:

- Utilize advanced data analysis and reporting tools, preferably MS Excel, to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain detailed records of sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Sales and Marketing or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales management roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Extensive knowledge of market trends, consumer electronics industry, and distribution channels.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
