Boult Audio - Manager - Operations

Job description : We are hiring for an Operations Manager having Experience and Expertise in managing operation & Maintenance activities such as execution of process & equipment selection, process control & quality assurance with key focus on bottom line profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal utilization of 5M (Man, Machine, Material, Method & Money).

Roles and responsibilities :

Plant Operations :

- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including but not limited to process & equipment planning, cost and capacity mapping & optimization, process standardization & control, inventory management, audit & inception, quality improvement and control and quality assurance.

- Responsible in planning effectuating preventive shutdown, breakdown and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure zero/ minimum breakdown and increased machine up time and equipment reliability.

Product Improvement :

- Responsible for handling overall operation for new product development or improvement of existing product with thrust on reducing production & repair cost.

- Leading projects from concepts to commissioning stage gathering requirement with respect to utilities, machines, manpower, etc. ensuring adherence to the project timelines.

People and Productivity :

- Develop systems and processes to track and optimize productivity, quality standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

- Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.

- Manage payroll processes, including time and attendance tracking, salary calculations, and benefits administration, in lines with payroll regulations and tax laws

- Governing process, work instruction & SOPs, streamlining workflow and creating environment to enhance productivity.

Qualifications :

- Work Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience

- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

- Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills

- Understanding of 4M, 5S, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
