Offline Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Offline Sales Head to lead our sales efforts across India. This role involves crafting and implementing a sales strategy to amplify revenue growth, expand distribution channels, manage customer and partner relationships, and oversee a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be proficient in offline revenue streams, distributor and LFR (Large Format Retailers) management, and committed to process improvement and adherence, fostering team development and management.

Responsibilities:

Financial:

- Architect and execute robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase offline revenue across India.

- Continually analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability.

Customer:

- Manage and expand distributor networks, ensuring deep market penetration and brand presence.

- Maintain and improve business relationships with current and prospective partners (LFR/GT/Others) across formats.

Internal:

- Lead initiatives for process improvement to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to internal processes and policies, maintaining high standards of operation.

Learning & People:

- Invest in team development, providing training and development opportunities to nurture skills and drive performance.

- Lead the sales team with a focus on team management, setting objectives, and offering feedback to foster a culture of growth and achievement.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.

- 10-20+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably at a national level.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

- Extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics industry, market trends, and distribution channels.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
