Location - Chennai & Delhi (Only Female candidates for Delhi)

- 5-8 yrs of experience in FMCG

- The candidate should have sales/Marketing/ franchise experience.

- Education- Graduation (mandatory) or Post Graduation

- Geographical span of the role-Delhi NCR

Skills & Behavioral attributes:

- Experience in managing a sales team in FMCG environment

- Managed front-line performers

- Basic P&L understanding

- High Negotiation and presentation skills

- Developed and executed a business plan

- Preferably cross functional experience especially Sales & Marketing

- Bottler level impact (also, ability to impact people not reporting directly)

- Relationship management skills

- Demonstrated planning and organizing skills

Prior experience in managing a franchisee would be preferred

Purpose:

- This role is responsible for bulk water business development and results within the franchise territory.

- They develop and execute AOP initiatives and ensure bottlers alignment to plans and initiatives. They are the "one stop shop" to provide services, best practice tools and resources to the Bottler. They are the day-to-day "business consultants" for the franchisee.

The key responsibilities may be divided as follows:

1. Marketing Strategy and Execution

- Execute AOP initiatives for franchise territory

- Develop specific tactical action plans to leverage local market opportunity

- Review Distribution and Marketing KPI with Bottler

- Conduct local market intelligence

- Co-op management and negotiation ensuring adequate resources to support the execution of key initiatives

- Support the functional teams in reaching bottler alignment

2. Trade and Channel (Customer) Development

- Deliver volume plan by channel

- Leverage Best Practice tools to build capability for the bottler

3. Business Strategy Development and alignment process with Bottler

- Identify business opportunities and lead AOP development with Head-bulk water and be the first person responsible for a functionally coordinated plan with specific initiatives and timelines.

- Manage and monitor bottler relationship at operating level

- Provide business consulting support to bottler

- Understanding of value equation and price decision making

4. Transfer and Build Operating Capability

- Transfer Best Practice tools from PI system and ensure sustainability in the bottler organization via skills transfer to a bottler subject matter expert

- Diagnose gaps in capability on an ongoing basis and initiate corrective action plans, drawing on BU functional support staff where appropriate

- Work with bottler on process improvement to monitor sustainability of tool transfer

5. Strengthen and Leverage BU Organization

- Providing and leveraging feedback on business opportunities within BU

- Role models PBI values with the bottler

- Work on own performance/development objectives

Challenges:

Ensuring bottler profitability while being competitive in the market, - The position directly interacts with the bottler owner on all key business issues

- Growing the business profitably for both PI and the bottler

- Building bottler organization capability to manage a large volume business
