Scope of Work :

- This role requires owning and winning RFP/RFI/RFS/RFQs across Business Units and different domains (IT and associated domains); working along with internal and external stakeholders & sales teams to drive best-fit solutions; being able to present and defend solutions, financials & commercial aspects to customers

Job Responsibilities :

Bid Strategy and Planning :

- Take all factors of the previous year's performance, operational cost, and budgets and prepare the plan for the current year concerning the targeted or desired bids to be made and desired clients that are to be targeted

- Plan and estimate the requirements for the bids to be made & prioritize the same

- Design and communicate the bid strategy (including the vision goals, themes, messages of the bid, winning strategy, pricing strategy, risk management strategy) on a monthly/quarterly basis as discussed with the Senior Management

- Strategize and identify the key stakeholders, partners, and influencers involved in the bid

- Develop a Bid Plan that outlines the scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables of the bid, while defining the milestones, deadlines, reviews, and approvals of the bid

- Plan, design, and define the communication and collaboration tools and protocols of the bid

- Plan and establish the roles and responsibilities of each team member

- Ensure that the Bid Strategy and plan have great clarity and are consistent and aligned with management and client needs and expectations

Bid Management - Operations and Evaluation :

- Facilitate the Bid-writing process by writing the entire bid proposal effectively to pitch to clients, ensuring that the content is accurate, relevant, and persuasive and that it follows the RFP guidelines and the bid strategy

- Prepare and deliver the bid presentation for further discussions with the client

- Design the content according to the customized requirements, rehearsing, selecting, and coaching the presenters, as required while handling queries from the client

- Lead and facilitate the entire Bid presentation and target to seal the deal

- Evaluate and learn from the Bid outcome by collecting and analyzing the feedback from the client, the team, and the stakeholders, and conducting a SWOT Analysis w.r.t bid

- Document and share the lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for future bids

Stakeholder Management & Reporting :

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to track and report the progress, performance, and issues of the bid and take corrective action if required to ensure a seamless flow of the Bid Management process

- Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the leadership team

- Work cohesively with the Team and the Management to achieve the desired organizational goals
