Title : Specialist - Internal Communications

Location : Mumbai

Reports to : Team Leader - Marketing

Cohort : Core Staff

Status : Regular, Full-Time

Role Summary :

- Manage internal marketing communications and external client mailings (physical/emails) across all industry and functional practice areas

- Website management to ensure content is up to date

- Campaign management through email marketing automation tool - develop emails, landing pages, and list segmentation.

- Day-to-day CRM management - including ensuring regular updates to database

- Manage reporting and analytics

- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for email marketing & CRM process

- Suggest new ideas for email marketing

- Ensure that BCG global best practices are being followed to achieve maximum efficiency

Requirement :

- Expert Marketing Automation skills on platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud) (others - Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot)

- Strong understanding of campaign management

- Intermediate to expert CRM admin skills (preferably MS Dynamics)

- Digital design skills (HTML at a minimum)

- Strong analytical skills including excel spreadsheet skills

Soft Skills :

- Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy despite deadline pressure

- Ability to meet tight deadlines using strong multitasking and organizational skills

- Ability to excel both independently as well as part of a team

- Excellent support skills

- Exceptional communication

Education Qualification :

- Any Graduate, Preferred MBA ( Full time of Part Time).
