Experience with 1-3 years d. internship is not counted as experience Job Responsibility: Manufacturing Strategy : Provide dominant inputs to Establish framework for Manufacturing strategy considering requirements of new products , new technologies , coming from different GB's / RBU's and aligning with customer strategies. Contribute to promote localisation of products and child parts in India including leveraging of local governmental incentive schemes . Closely work with GB's , IPN's RBU's ,RBIN/CTG ,RBIN/BUD , RBIN /Plants .. to develop business cases and enable decision making for various localisation plans. Develop collaboration with the all plants to enable cross-location learning & sharing on business relevant topics & related competencies. Envision Value Chain and Manufacturing Systems design considering Site and Localisation Concept for Inhouse and third party production Lean Manufacturing: Develop BPS maturity improvement strategies in all areas - Make , Source and Deliver .
