Senior Manager- Events & Operations- Consumer Delivery  Relevant Experience- 7-12 years  You-   Should be completely customer-oriented with an objective to please and satisfy customer complaints and enquiries.  Should have had experience working at large format events and functions.   Should be fluent in English & Hindi.   Should be able to communicate well.   Should posses an inherent interest in exploring and using new technologies. This would be a definite advantage.  Should understand people and enhance their whole experience when they visit a venue - be it at the box office, venue gates, venue ushering, venue Food & Beverage and venue technology (ease of use and convenience).  Should be from any of the following industries - hotel, airlines, ex-services, mobile service centres.  We-   Are a young organization and the workplace is an extension of our families back home.  Mondays and Fridays have the same effect on us.  Value positive vibes, honesty, sense of judgement, empathy and self-motivation.  Believe in experimentation and don't think of new things as daunting enough to take up at any point in time.  Are looking for driven and focused individuals.  Will be more than happy to hear from you.
