- Sourcing the candidates from web portals,advertisement, referral, campus etc to ensure pipeline of candidates.  - Telephonically & personally interviewing the candidates.  - Reaching the defined targets for hiring of assigned positions required in the organization.  - Ensuring Quality of hires for all positions and locations and maintaining business interest in all hires.  - Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration.  - Conducting interviews at various venues on basis of applications received for the position depending upon the requirement of the Regions allotted.  - Maintaining weekly trackers & MIS related to recruitment.  - Salary negotiation with successful candidates.  - Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.  - Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR information system.  Desired Profile:  - Should have experience in handling Entry and mid Level Positions for Business Units.  - Proven expertise in delivery of niche skill resources.  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills/this role will involve a lot of interaction with different functions within the organization.  - Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
