Your Profile - Possess knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market. - Maintain Vendor Database Pan India - Preparation of Budgets for Events. - Negotiation & coordination with Suppliers/Vendors for Vendor Onboarding, KYC Documentation etc. - Manage Quotes & Tenders for the various commercial purposes. - Mantain Budgets Vs Actual Comparison. - Ensure Timely issuance of Purchase Orders and recording of GRN in the system. - Coordinate with vendors for timely submission of Invoices. - Timely submission of all MIS Reports Your Checklist - Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Vendor Management. - Willingness for travel & stay PAN India. - Experience from Event Production / Hospitality / F&B Industry will be preferred will be additional advantage - Excellent in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. - Knowledge of Tally or Oracle system will be preferred. - Strong communication & negotiation Skills - Ability to Multitask & Prioritise Projects.
