Know your customers : Love researching and analyzing consumer behaviour. Have the ability to identify gaps in various customer journey's and address them with features and workarounds - ultimately resolving in customer delight.
Problem Solving : Have a good grasp on problem solving techniques, logical thinking towards solving user-flow problems. Come up with quick turnaround feature fixes. For-see product feature problems to mitigate product strategy risk.
Technical Understanding : Deep technical understanding of product integration's from ideation to go live.
Motivation : Highly motivated and excited about solving complex problems with intuitive thinking and razor-sharp approach to cut through the clutter. Think clearly
Confidence : Have the confidence to take tough decisions about product features
Ownership : Are excited about strategy, managing end to end new product development, and managing the entire lifecycle of the product. Have the ability to wear multiple hats - CEO, CFO, Designer, Marketer, Analyst, Product Head, Business development. You will be required to do it all. It's fun.
Quality : Do not accept mediocrity to release sub-standard product features, be able to identify what features need to go live and what don't.
Personality : You're a star amongst your peers. Ability to work extremely closely with designers and engineers, be a product experience role model internally for the team. Be able to lead teams and take decisions.
Devil is in the details : You have a knack to focus on details of any product at the same time have a bird's eye view of how the product meets the larger strategy, goal and vision of the company.
