We are looking for a Product Manager for the BMS mobile apps, including tablet apps.   - The position will report to the Head of Product, and will be responsible for translating product vision into a feasible roadmap for the various apps, prioritizing requirements, and then working with engineering to implement and iterate.  - You will be working closely with the UX/UI team during the design and prototype stages, with engineering for development, and with the analytics and conversion optimization teams for testing and iteration.  - Great communication skills are an absolute must. You have to be able to present your ideas to C-level executives, and defend them. And you should have a technical background. We are not expecting you to code, but you will be working very closely with engineers, and should be able to intelligently interact with them.  - You should be very comfortable with working with data. Data is what will give you the customer insights to make the product better.  - Ideally, you should have a technical degree, should have worked as an engineer at some point in your career, should have been part of a consumer internet company, and should have shipped product.  - But all these are negotiable if you are a natural at understanding customers, and strive constantly to give them the best experience. Because they deserve it.
