BookMyShow - HRBP - Bangalore - We at BookMyShow are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resource operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. - Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices, recruitment and employee management. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes. Your Profile : 1. Manage end to end recruitment activities for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources and handle the entire Talent management right from joining to exit. 2. Ensure effective execution of the selection process, post offer and joining formalities and maintain 30, 60 & 90 days interaction with the new joiners. 3. Assist in conceptualization & implementation of people management initiatives & policies to support overall business strategy. 4. Consult with the leaders on organizational initiatives that ensure alignment between management and employees. 5. Provide guidance and input on team planning, succession planning etc. 6. Act as the first point of contact for all employee grievances and manage & resolve complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough & objective investigations. 7. Maintain in depth knowledge of labour requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing statutory risks & ensuring regulatory compliance. 8. Develop & monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR operations for continuous improvement. 9. Support the L&D team in conducting training-needs assessment for employees across levels. 10. Prepare periodic reports related to employee data as per organizational needs. Your Checklist : 1. 5-7 years experience in a core HR Business Partner role along with 2-3 years experience in recruitment. 2. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. 3. Strong understanding of Labour related laws & statutes 4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and data related tools. 5. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and should be a result oriented person. 6. Must possess a high degree of artfulness and tact in managing issues and difficult situations 7. Proficiency in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisions. 8. Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and take prudent decisions. 9. Ability to prioritize tasks in line with fast-changing business needs. 10. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions under pressure. 11. Must be highly analytical, logical & have a number driven aptitude. 12. Should be comfortable and confident to manage internal and external stakeholders.
