Assistant Manager - Commercial
Your Profile :
1. Possess knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading the market.
2.Maintain Vendor Database Pan India
3. Preparation of Budgets for Events.
4. Negotiation & coordination with Suppliers/Vendors for Vendor Onboarding, KYC Documentation etc.
5. Manage Quotes & Tenders for the various commercial purposes.
6. Maintain Budgets Vs Actual Comparison.
7. Ensure Timely issuance of Purchase Orders and recording of GRN in the system.
8. Coordinate with vendors for timely submission of Invoices.
9. Timely submission of all MIS Reports
Your Checklist :1. Must have at least 5-7 years of Experience in Vendor Management or Related Field.
2. Willingness for Travel & Stay PAN India.
3. Experience from Event Production / Hospitality / F&B Industry will be preferred will be additional advantage
4. Mandatory to have good skills in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
5. Knowledge of Tally or Oracle system will be preferred..
6. Strong communication & negotiation Skills
7. Ability to Multitask & Prioritize Projects.
