Your Profile

- Take ownership of Direct & Indirect tax payments, compliance & litigation.

- Participate in the business & validate / structure the tax aspects of business contracts.

- Suggest ways to improve current processes for tax optimization.

Your Checklist

- Knowledge of Corporate Income Tax - Income Tax Returns, Income Tax Assessment, Tax Audit, litigation, etc.

- Withholding Tax (TDS) & WCT - E-TDS returns & rectification through TRACES.

- International Taxation, withholding tax, DTAA, 15CA, etc.

- Service Tax - Service Tax accounting, reverse charge, service tax returns, cenvat rules, Department Audits, litigation,VAT / CST payment, returns, etc

- Transfer Pricing - Transfer pricing study, transfer pricing audit / returns, transfer pricing assessment, etc.

- Implement Tax Planning & Structuring - Direct & Indirect Tax.

- Preparation of various workings for audits.

- Tax related MIS / tracking for management.

- Other tax related compliance, registration, etc.

- Understanding of GST draft law.

- Knowledge / working experience of Entertainment Tax will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision / Microsoft AX.

- Good communication skills.

- Time management & ability to work under pressure.

- Proactive approach & ability to do things independently.

- CA with minimum 5 years of experience in tax.
