Your Profile : - You will be responsible to lead the in-house creative team. - You will be responsible co-create and manage all marketing communications developed by the in house team. - You will be responsible to create innovative designs and communication to make sure it appeals to the relevant Target audience - You will be responsible to ensure consistency across all designs, as per brand guidelines and make sure the same is maintained across all mediums - You will be responsible to manage timely delivery of all campaigns to the respective stakeholders with minimal revisions to the creative, before approval. You will be responsible to lead the entire copy, art and video editing team and make sure they are constantly inspired to develop new designs. Your Checklist : - 11-14 years of experience in brand design - Should have an advertising background (education and work experience) - Knowledge of photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. - Have experience handling a team of designers - A kickass portfolio of your work is a must - Can bring new & innovative ideas to the table
