The company is now looking to add to its high-quality team of about 150 professionals, to help take the business to the next level.

Position Summary & Objective

The Senior Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for the most important function in the organization - Create a talent pool from existing and new recruits that is simply the best in the industry, ensure staff happiness and being part of staff productivity related programs and carry out appraisals based on scientific appraisal system based on performance quantification.

On the micro levels this will mean controlling functionalities like training, development, new employee recruitments, compensation, benefits, leave, office discipline and etiquettes, company events etc. apart from formulating HR policies and regulatory compliance controls

The position will directly report to CEO

Specific roles and Responsibilities

- High quality performance appraisal systems that track individual performance in a quantified manner

- To achieve hiring high quality talent at lowest cost using referrals, job portals where possible specially for junior staff and middle management

- Conceptualize and execute creative HR operations and talent development programs to improve happiness quotient and improved productivity and improve promoter score

- Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and create a solid organizational structure to help to deliver high performance in a very challenging environment

- Assess existing senior/ key staff for competencies in respective roles based on detailed assessment of job profile/ KRAs, methods and quality of controls exercised in managing KRAs, reporting systems in practice etc.

- Examine Designations and compensation senior/ key staff and suggest changes where needed in consultation with CEO

- Review compliance related reports, filings etc, and make amends where required

- Create simple rules to control discipline and accountability to ensure a very pleasant working environment in the company

- Regularly review inter department relationship and corporations to prevent Silos at all times

- Constantly review and update company policies to achieve all of above

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- High quality education preferably with an MBA from a reputed institute

- Must be a very matured person in preferred age of 30 to 40 years

- At least 15+ years of experience in HR function in a high-quality, fast-growing environment encompassing both digital and offline channels

- Track record of developing creative strategies for employee engagement programs

- Excellent understanding of HR policies and compliances related requirements

Desired Soft Skills:

- Data driven, analytical, self-actualized & enthusiastic with a proven track record

- Good managerial skills to handle a team size of about 300 staff

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Professional approach to problem solving

- Ability to maintain professional demeanor under challenging situations

- Self-starter and entrepreneurial with a drive to work hard in line with requirements of a fast-growing business
