Position: Senior Accountant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pure accounting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling various financial tasks, including Tally, GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, MIS reporting, and reconciliation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and revenue. The candidate should also be proficient in Excel, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to handle audits independently.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

- Handle Tally, GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI compliance and filings.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

MIS Reporting:

- Generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for expenses and revenue.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management team.

Reconciliation:

- Reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and revenue accounts.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Audit Management:

- Independently manage and handle internal and external audits.

- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and assist auditors during the audit process.

Excel Proficiency:

- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting purposes.

Communication:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and auditors.

- Provide clear and concise explanations of financial data and reports.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in pure accounting roles.

- Strong proficiency in Tally, GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI compliance and filings.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

- Experience in generating MIS reports for expenses and revenue.

- Ability to independently handle internal and external audits.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master's degree or professional certification like CA/CPA is a plus).

Key Skills:

- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
