Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Product Strategy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the digital product vision, goals, and strategies.

- Conduct market research, user surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space.

- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs.

B. Wireframing and Low-Level Design

- Utilize Figma or other similar tools to create wireframes, mockups, and low-level designs that effectively communicate product features and functionalities.

- Translate complex concepts and requirements into intuitive and user-friendly visual representations.

- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and iterative testing.

C. Prototyping and User Testing

- Develop interactive prototypes that provide a realistic representation of the user experience.

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to validate designs through user testing and feedback.

- Analyze user behavior and iterate on prototypes to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.

D. Project Management

- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for digital product initiatives.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of the product development lifecycle.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

E. User-Centric Approach

- Gather and analyze user feedback, behavior, and preferences to inform product decisions.

- Advocate for a user-centered design approach, focusing on creating products that align with user needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to ensure consistent and intuitive user interfaces.

F. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Foster effective communication and collaboration between design, development, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to drive innovative ideas and solutions.

G. Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Business, or Engineering. Advanced degrees are a plus.

- 2-5 years of proven experience in digital product management, with a focus on creating wireframes and low-level designs using Figma or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and agile development methodologies.

- Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, to communicate product concepts and designs effectively.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to make informed product decisions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital technologies.

- Practiced Agile methodology through either Jira, Confluence.
