The Role - Manager Finance and Accounts Vertical for the Company 1. Accounts and Audit: - Tax computations with respect to direct Taxes and deferred Taxes - Ensure compliance with statutory; accounting laws; principles - Conduct audits (both statutory and supervising) internally at timely intervals - C0ordination with External Auditors and ensure timely Financial closures of the Company 2. Account Receivable and Payable : - Manage Accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments to ensure debtors under control - Ensure timely payments against Creditors - Proper check and control on Invoicing - Managing cash flow of the company 3.Cost Accounting : - Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures - Monitor all Capital Expenditure against budgets set individually. - Ensure effective control of costs and expenses. 4. Forecasting and Reporting - Perform financial forecasting and reporting - Analyze financial data and create monthly management accounts. - Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts and suggest improvements 5. Corporate Finance - Work with the management team in Company's fund raise process - Working with Banks and NBFCs and look at documentation - Manage company's banking day to day operations We are looking for : - Chartered accountant with 2 - 5 years working experience in Intercompany Accounting, Reconciliations, Payment Processing and Auditing. - Sound knowledge of Financial planning - Strong Problem analyzing and Problem solving skills - Proactive and adaptive - In depth knowledge of compliances and tax policies - Dynamic and ready to take up ownership - Experience in setting up processes in the company
