- Total 3 - 4 years of experience with 1+ years of experience in program management

- 1+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment

- Strong experience with the full SDLC and software development methodologies (Agile)

- Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of programming documentation processes/procedures

- Experience in managing software development projects

- Preferred experience with Continuous Integration practices/tools and Open Source Frameworks

- The ideal candidate would be someone with previous experience in logistics supply chain and e-commerce.

- Wireframing and understanding of user experience is an added advantage.

- Based on the Performance of the candidate and performance matrix will be:

- On-time delivery of Projects

- Continuous improvements in projects which are already built.

- Communication, Reporting, and documentation of projects

- Successful UAT of the projects

- Problem identification & solving while working with different stakeholders.
