Job Functions :
As a Marketing professional , you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive media plans for long-term and annual strategies.Your focus will extend across online and offline channels, ensuring effective promotion using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.
B2B Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and retaining B2B clients, aligning efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and optimize the conversion process.
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Devise and execute comprehensive long term marketing strategies to drive B2B customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offline and online marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Media Plan Development:
- Create a comprehensive and cohesive media plan for both long-term and annual initiatives, covering online and offline channels.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to integrate offline activities seamlessly.
B2B Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients across various channels, including digital, events, and print.
- Devise and implement online marketing strategies across mobile apps, websites, and other platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and industry-relevant content for B2B marketing initiatives, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and social media content.
- Design and implement push strategies for promotions, ensuring a consistent brand message.
- Utilize various channels, including newspapers, to maximize promotional impact.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure cost-effective marketing solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
Desired Position Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration preferably specialized in marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing with a track record of successful acquisition and retention strategies.
