POSITION OVERVIEW:

BonusHub is a growing player in the fintech space and is leveraging on the increasing need of integrating Corporate Business Solutions with Payments; and the surge in digital payments and the opportunity for Banks to have the most appropriate set of payment solutions.

BonusHub sees a large opportunity to support Corporates and Banks players in their respective endeavours. BonusHub has a PCI ready platform that would allow its customers to also seek solutions on a SAAS basis.

To lead this initiative BonusHub is looking for VP Integrated solutions. The candidate must be entrepreneurial with a - can-do- attitude; have solid sales experience with the target customer set and strong relationships to leverage on in order to hit the ground running.

The Vice President position would be responsible to build a business and a corresponding support team. As part of the overall opportunity, the Vice President will be required to develop overseas network of partners and customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for developing customer relationships and concluding contracts based on company goals.

2. Oversee project execution and overall customer satisfaction with the overall objective to widen the overall offering and business stability.

3. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

4. Responsible for the success of overall business, including; business strategy, thought leadership, customer success, growth and sales, channel/ecosystem landscape, product and solution readiness, business operational aspects, technical initiatives, marketing & PR, talent strategy and overall business profitability.

5. Expand client relationships through compelling value propositions and meeting client goals with excellent satisfaction scores both at business and project level.

6. Determine and implement sales market structures to achieve revenue goals and high-value customers.

7. Manage the entire sales process with effective account planning and penetration strategy

8. Ability to market technology-oriented solutions to the international network of partners/clients/ prospects.

9. Identifying and developing new business through networking.
