Sr. Manager-Product & Alliances

- BonusHub is a growing player in the fintech space and is leveraging on the increasing need of integrating Corporate Business Solutions with Payments; and the surge in digital payments and the opportunity for Banks to have the most appropriate set of payment solutions.

- BonusHub sees a large opportunity to support Corporates and Banks players in their respective endeavours. BonusHub has a PCI ready platform that would allow its customers to also seek solutions on a SAAS basis.

- To lead this initiative BonusHub is looking for Sr. Manager-Product & Alliances.

Overview :

- Sr. Manager-Product & Alliances carries the responsibility for building & managing all Issuer Relationships for BonusHub in India with the primary focus on deepening the relationships with key stakeholders of the Issuer ecosystem, and broadening BonusHub's engagement with Issuers across all channels including POS, Online & Mobile.

- The individual will need to establish new relationships and deepen existing relationships with Issuers to build & sustain BonusHub's competitive advantage and track performance against key objectives.

- The role will involve overseeing the development and implementation of multiple Brand / Merchant & Issuer programs on BonusHub powered POS, Websites and Mobile interfaces, with keen focus on growing EMI volumes, Value Added transaction volumes and revenue generation.

Role :

1. Manage relationships with issuers, to ensure open dialogue, manage day to day business, identify opportunities, enhance business and ensure acceptance quality.

2. Proactively identify and address issuer pain points - develop solutions and processed in order to create seamless solutions.

3. Development & adoption of BonusHub provided solutions like EMI, QR payments Brand EMI, Large Merchant EMI, VAS Cross Sell solutions like Card Upgrades, Limit Enhancements, Loan, Pay With Points, Mobile App and explore partnership opportunities.

4. Growth of EMI & VAS volumes and revenues.

5. In collaboration with issuing-side account managers and marketing, identify opportunities to jointly develop POS, Mobile and Website based initiatives.

Skills :

1. Good knowledge of electronic payments industry, trends, acceptance landscape, acquirer economics and value chain; good awareness of digital payments and convergence trends/technologies in the retail payments business; experience in Merchant & Brand alliances will be a strong plus.

2. Track record of building effective product value propositions working either on the cards issuance or acquiring side of the business; alternatively the candidate must have a strong track record in Client Account Management, managing Issuers or acquirers.

3. Strong team player, ability to collaborate with peers and proven ability to work in a matrix organization.

4. Strong verbal and written communications skills
