Role Overview : As a Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Your role will encompass manpower planning, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, retention, statutory compliances, audits, administration, facilities management, and team/self-development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations

- Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes and enhance the onboarding experience.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate personnel records.

- Attendance Management: Supervise attendance management.

- HR Tech: Ensure accurate and timely adaptation and utilization of HR technology.

- Payroll Administration: Oversee Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) in payroll administration.

- Exit Processes: Ensure adherence to exit processes and facilitate FFS workings.

- Insurance Administration: Administer GMC, GTL, and other insurance policies.

- ESOP Administration: Manage the administration of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP).

- MIS & Analytics: Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Policies & Processes: Implement and enforce HR policies and processes.

2. Employee Engagement

- Engagement Calendar: Develop and adhere to an employee engagement calendar.

- Fun at Work: Organize a minimum of 2 Fun at Work activities in each office every month.

- Meetings: Conduct monthly functional meetings and organize skip-level meetings.

- Reporting: Share structured and data-supported reports monthly.

- Office Visits: Plan visits to all offices and cities.

- Grievance Redressal: Effectively address and resolve employee grievances.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

- Goal Setting: Create and maintain goal sheets for all roles.

- PMS Administration: Develop and run the PMS administration framework independently.

- Goal Setting Timeline: Set goals for 100% of employees in April-May and new employees within 30 days of joining.

- Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): Systemically manage the PIP process.

4. Retention

- Retention Targets: Monitor and achieve performance against retention targets.

- Infant Mortality: Achieve targets to reduce infant mortality.

- Reports: Ensure quality and timely submission of retention-related reports.

- Action Planning: Develop a structured approach to retention action planning.

5. Statutory Compliances & Audits

- Compliance Framework: Evaluate and build the compliance framework.

- Adherence: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements.

- Employee Relations: Independently manage employee relations and legal cases.

- Audits: Independently manage various audits.

- Feedback Action Planning: Develop action plans to address audit feedback.

6. Admin & Facilities

- Planning: Plan and oversee activities and associated costs.

- Ownership & Execution: Take ownership and execute administrative and facilities-related tasks.

7. Team & Self Development

- Team Activities: Plan team-based activities to enhance collaboration.

- Team Member Development: Put efforts into the development of team members.

- Work Planning: Effectively plan the work for the overall team role.

- Individual Development Plans (IDP): Prepare IDPs for both team and personal development.
