Functional Mandate:
- To ensure delivery of Gross and Net Sales Target for allocated Geography (Center/s).
- Manpower Planning, recruitment, training and for the Closing team as per business requirement.
- Responsible for developing and adhering higher standards of Customer Experience at all customer touch points under his purview.
- Evaluate and manage team's training needs and ensure team is nurtured and adheres to highest standards of selling skills, communications, and customer experience.
- Responsible for planning, budgeting and delivering targets of Customer Referrals
- Responsible for ensuring quality of Sales by means of onboarding minimal hold cases as well as ensuring at desired ration of Gross to net.
- Managing Customer Escalation on the Sales Floor
- Inter-departmental coordination for smooth onboarding & transition of Customer from Sales to design Floor. Responsible for developing, ensuring adherence to the processes & Quality. Responsible to ensure right commitments are made to customers.
- In-charge of devising and monitoring efficient customer allocation process to maximize productivity and conversion.
- Prepare & Review action plan for the team/s on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in coordination with marketing team, CSL Team so that effective team execution and objective of walk-ins and closures, and Gross to net for the territory is achieved
- To provide insights to marketing and sourcing verticals, recommend & execute strategies to ensure uninterrupted walk-ins comprising of the right target group of customers for the specific project site assigned, from various sources
- Coordinate very closely with other functions like marketing (giving inputs for sourcing right target group) and CSL for smooth handover of the acquired clients
- To ensure constant tracking and response to competitor activity, specifically for the operating micro-market and provide timely feedback as per market dynamics in terms of pricing, product offering new processes etc.
- Development and implementation of engagement plans for all the visited customers requirement for better customer experience (communication & Hospitality), increased engagement (touchpoints), better conversion, maximizing revisits, and initiate BTL activities as required
- Continuous engagement for generating Customer Referrals through sales team as well as other departments.
KRAs:
- Sales achievement (Units) as per target. (Gross as well as Net) Weekly, Monthly, quarterly & Annual
- Ensuring Manpower quality & efficiency to achieve desired # of deals & # for clients /manpower as per business plan
- Maintain the ideal mix of offer vs w/o offer sales.
- Referral Sourcing targets for leads, walk-ins & bookings
Role Definition:
- To get conversions from the clients sourced through various verticals
- Recruit, train and sustain best talent in the team.
- Elevating Customer experience by coordinating with various functions & departments.
- Run Strong referral drive to maximize referral leads, walk-in & Sales.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance, activities & market insights
- To ensure offer led customer acquisition costs stay within mandate.
