Head - Ad Sales & Ad Strategy:

We are looking for someone who can lead our advertising sales and report to the Business head and drive the following:

- Positioning and evangelize Koo as a premium social network

- Inform stakeholders about our branding properties

- Manage stakeholders like media agencies, brands, startups, ad agencies & digital advertising networks

- Create new branding properties with the product team

- Do PR for new ad properties to create pull-based interest from the eco-system

- Create strategies and architecture for monetization in countries outside India

- Forge the right structure for monetization in new markets

- Hire and manage a lean sales team to achieve a leveraged high-ROI ad team set up

- Set, manage, and achieve sales targets


This person will report into the Business Head who is responsible for revenues from various sources. They will also work with the founders.

Who should apply:

- 5 years of experience in digital ad sales

- Existing relationships with agencies, ad networks and brands

- Good to have: Worked on launching new ad properties and has a creative mind to think of new ad properties and evangelize them correctly

- Priority given to entrepreneurial people even if they fall short on skills and relationships
