Job Summary:
- To provide Leadership, Coordination & Strategic Direction to all channels of Sales function of Retail division. To be accountable for the primary and secondary sales with an objective of achieving the targeted Top & Bottom line.

To Achieve Sales Target - All Channels :
Operational:
- Distribution, Placement and Expansion of selling network as per the selling structure
- Overlooking Receivables management & Cost control.
- Strategizing and Planning booking conferences
- Will be actively involved in sales promotions and new collection launch
- Will provide inputs to the design team
- Setting & implementing minimum booking norms for Distributors and other channel partners
- Finding new prospects for showrooms & getting old showrooms to invest for renovation
- Keeping team motivated towards performing as well as keeping attrition rates to the minimum
- Getting internal team members to understand the criticality of customer-orientation
- Striking balance between short-term sales objectives and long term business protection and growth
- Creating Brand Visibility & transforming it as preferred brand for consumers
People Development :
- Develop Talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretched targets and take leadership position.
- Training and mentoring the sales staff to achieve the set targets
Customer :
- Market analysis and reporting for customer orientation
- To incorporate feedback from the market in the products with help of design team
