- To lead a department which provides the Information Technology & Communications required for the fulfilment of the company's business mission in an efficient and effective manner.

- Building competencies and capabilities in the technical analysis, implementation, operation and support of IT infrastructure and services.

- To be a Change Agent helping the organization adopt new technological advancements.
