Job opportunity as - Manager/Sr. Manager - E-commerce" for Home & You, a retail division under Bombay Dyeing.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for;

1.Sales revenue - B2B & B2C,

2. Good at P&L management,

3. Good customer mgmt skills - Stakeholder Mgt

4. Worked on Omnichannel.

5. Entire Commercial / Re-conciliation

6. Handled brands,multi-brands etc

Below is the job description;

- Manage end-to-end 3rd party online marketplace channels on behalf of Company. Own P&L responsibility for 3rd party online marketplaces

- Drive Secondary Sales on marketplace accounts & Captive site

- Achieve 30% Gross Margin from Sales

- Management of the outsourced ecomm tech / ops partner with zero deviation from KPIs

- Participation on Big Days / EOSS at Market place with special merchandise for the event

- Plan a rolling 90 day merchandise with 90% sale for all inventory and zero stock outs

- 100% Adherence to standard TOT with the outsourced management company as per the company guidelines

- Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS ( Secondary for all accounts) with comparison against last year for same month & last month same year

- Calendared MBR with outsourced technology partner with evaluation of KPIs

- Monthly MIS of competitor's (Product Mix, Price points) and presenting the comparison against our mix & price points)

- Addition of 2 new products every quarter in consultation with CAT
