- Negotiating, drafting and managing agreements pertaining to licensing/acquisition of content/distribution of content

- Advising the Company on employment contracts

- Develop processes, templates, and approval parameters for agreements and contracts for the Company

- Oversee due diligence for acquisition and lease of properties

- Drafting and vetting of Agreements Non-disclosure agreements, Artist agreement & Corporate guarantees

- Protection of the Intellectual Property and advising the Company on issues relating to Copyright

- To initiate, coordinate and monitor all cases, appeals and Writ Petitions up to respective High Courts and appeals/ SLPs before Supreme Court. Writs/Appeals/ SLPs in respect of other Regions before Supreme Court will also have to be handled as may be directed by Corporate Legal under the guidance of Head (Legal).

Skills required:

- Excellent drafting skills

- Expertise in research and keeping up with changing laws (case law studies)

- Should be well versed with Contract Act, Arbitration Act & Negotiable Instrument Act etc

- Communication skills

- To keep pace with evolving laws & implement the same

- Should have sound knowledge of contract and intellectual property laws, negotiation skills, diplomacy, strategic thinking, and the ability to prioritize effort.

- Should be well versed with Copyright Act, Contract Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act & Negotiable Instrument Act.
